Punjab Superior Judicial Service Exam 2025: High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh invites applications for
20 posts of Additional District & Sessions Judge under the Punjab Superior Judicial Service. The recruitment is open to Advocates with a minimum of 7 years of practice. Candidates must meet specific income and case-handling criteria. The selection process includes a written examination followed by a viva-voce.

Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 35 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years as on 31 July 2025
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC, BC, PwBD (Punjab only)
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a citizen of India
- Must be an Advocate with minimum 7 years continuous practice
- Must be an Income Tax assessee for 3 years with:
- Rs 5 Lakh/year gross income for General category
- Rs 3 Lakh/year for SC/BC/EWS/PwBD
- Must have handled:
- 50 cases/year for General category
- 40 cases/year for reserved categories (past 3 years)
- Passed Matric with Punjabi as a subject
